Hi, I'm Xiaoxi, Chang for the Terry  Jia teams and my friends also like to call me Jessica. Since entering the real estate industry in 2019, I've been fortunate enough to accompany over a hundred families in finding their dream homes here in Canada.

Interestingly, my understanding of "home" likely started very early. When I was 17, I went to Ireland alone to study Interior Design. That experience not only taught me independence but also made me particularly sensitive to spaces—what kind of layout feels comfortable, what kind of light feels warm. I've always been fascinated by these details. Later, I moved to Canada, and this inclusive country became my second home. I got my real estate license in 2019, combining my passion for spaces with my love for connecting with people.
